Press Release: Monday, March 4, 2024: What appears to be the issuance of an unusual quantity of Import Notification Forms (INFs) for frozen food was issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) between November 3, 2023 and February 6, 2024.

Thus, the Ministry hereby requests all the relevant importers who obtained INFs for frozen food within this period to contact the Ministry of Commerce and Industry beginning Tuesday, March 5, 2024 to discuss the concerns.
As part of the process, all relevant importers are requested to come along with copies of the Import Notification Forms and all other necessary documents validating and confirming the shipment of the products for which the Import Notification Forms were granted.
