Mr. Lord Ernest Pappy. Benjamin is a dedicated standards and quality management professional with more than a decade and a half of service at the Liberia Standards Authority (LiSA), transitioning from the former National Standards Laboratory.

Currently, he holds a pivotal role as the Head of Standards & Quality (HOSQ) at the Liberia Standards Authority. Formerly, he has served in several technical roles, including the National Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Secretariat, National Standards Desk Coordinator, and Quality Manager.
