The Liberia Business Registry (LBR), in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoCI) wishes to inform the public, mainly the business community that it will commence the issuance of new Business Registration Certificates effective Monday, February 2, 2026. The objective of this exercise is to improve the general outlook of the certificates by including modern security features. There will absolutely be no new fees charged to obtain the new Business Registration Certificates. All those concerned are asked to take due note of this announcement by acting accordingly!
