Melvin A. Tokpah is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at the Liberia Standards Authority (LiSA).  

He is a seasoned professional specializing in food and water analysis (microbiological and proximate) and the oversight of the Quality Management System (ISO 17025). His background includes comprehensive training across critical ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000). Mr. Tokpah has been highly engaged in shaping Liberia's national quality infrastructure, notably contributing to the drafting of the National Quality Policy, the Drinking Water Regulation, and the National One Health Strategy. He holds a master's degree in biochemistry and molecular biology, as well as a second master's degree in public health.
