The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), in partnership with CELARD, is pleased to announce the commencement of a comprehensive one-week capacity-building workshop for 100 Commerce and Industry Inspectors, designed to strengthen Liberia’s commercial governance and consumer protection landscape. 

This intensive training will equip inspectors with practical skills in inspection planning, compliance monitoring, documentation and reporting, ethics and integrity, stakeholder engagement, and the application of Liberia’s commercial and consumer protection laws. Drawing on CELARD’s decade-long expertise in institutional strengthening and governance reform, the workshop combines expert-led instruction, case-based exercises, and hands-on demonstrations to enhance professionalism, accountability, and regulatory enforcement within the national inspectorate system.
